Regal Facilities Services was founded by Jake, with a simple focus: keeping commercial and strata sites consistently well presented, without fuss or excuses.
“My passion for this work started early. From the age of 14, I worked in my Dad’s arborist and landscaping business and learned first-hand what it takes to maintain green spaces properly, not just how they look on the day, but how they hold up over time.”
“Since then, I’ve run my own residential lawn and garden care business and worked closely with property stakeholders who value reliability, attention to detail, and clear communication. Across that experience, one thing became obvious: many sites aren’t poorly maintained because people don’t care they’re neglected because responsibility isn’t taken by suppliers and standards aren’t clearly owned.”
Regal Facilities Services was established to solve that.
